Texecutioners travel to WFTDA SC Regional Tournament

The best of the best Texas Rollergirls, our all-star Texecutioners, have been training all-year for the 2009 tournament season. They've faced hard fought battles at home against Atlanta and Bay Area, and tough road games against the top teams in the East. Now it's time to compete for the best in the region title, September 25 - 27th, at the Atlanta Rollergirls "Southern Fried Smackdown", WFTDA's South Central Regional Tournament. Competing leagues in the SC region include, Texas Rollergirls (1), Kansas City Rollerwarriors (2), Houston Roller Derby (3), Dallas Derby Devils (4), Atlanta Rollergirls (5), Nashville Rollergirls (6), Tampa Bay Derby Darlins (7), West Texas Roller Dollz (8), No Coast Derby Girls (9), Memphis Roller Derby (10).

Three other regional tournaments (East - already determined Philly Rollergirls, Gotham Roller Girls, Boston Rollergirls) determine the top 3 teams from each to play in Nationals (Nov. 14-16).
